This Privacy (“Policy”) applies to securing and processing of personal data by ITS Holidays (hereinafter “TI”) in connection with personal data provided by any person (“User”) who has purchased or intends to purchase or inquiries about any product(s) or service(s) made by TI through any of TI’s interface channels including website, mobile site and mobile app (collectively referred herein as" Sales Channels").

For the purpose of Privacy Policy:

  • References in this policy to “you” or “your” are references to ‘User’
  • References to “we”, “us” or “our” are references to ‘TI’
  • References to “website” mean a reference to ‘website(s)’, ‘mobile site(s)’ and mobile app(s)

      16. Details of how you like to interact with us, and other similar information relevant to our relationship
The personal data we collect may also include ‘sensitive’ or ‘special categories’ of personal data, such as details about your:
  1. Dietary requirements (for example, while providing your meal preference during flight/ hotel bookings)
  2. Health (for example, so that we can make it easy for you to access our buildings, products and services, and/or for any special assistance required by you)
Personal information of other customers/users/travellers, if you provide personal information to us regarding individuals other than yourself, you agree
  1. To inform the individual about the content of this privacy policy
  2. To obtain any legally-required consent, for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer (including cross-border transfer) of individual’s personal information, from the individual in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements

No Show For Group Tours/Packages:

In Case Of Cancellation Of Tour/Travel Services Due To Any Unavoidable Reason. We Must Be Informed Of The Same In Writing And This Will Be Effective From The Date We Receive A Letter In Writing.

The Cancellation Charges Would Be As Follows:

60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 15% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 30% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
29 Days - 15 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show - No Refund.

Note: If Booking For Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due To Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made For Said Cancellation.

High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December To 15th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

Important Note :

(For The Cancellation Of Individual And Group Tours):

Regardless of the cancellation mentioned above tab, in case of cancellation of the tour/ travel services (due to any reason) by the client, after booking is made with us – a minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total cost of the tour package. Regardless of the cancellation mentioned above tabs, in case of the cancellation of the confirmed tour/ travel services (due to any natural calamities that is unavoidable), then the following two options can be available:

=> Client would be provided with credit note facility for the advance amount paid by him/her, and the same can be used by the client anytime in future travels for themselves or any other person related to him in his family, friends or relatives.

=> In case the client urges for the refund- then a minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total tour cost, and the remaining amount (after lessening 10% service charge) would be refunded to the client.

In case the client cancels the tour after beginning /in the middle of the tour, in that case, the refund would depend on the amount we would be able to levied from the hotels/inns. For the unused hotels, transport, meals, guides or any other travel service, the company would not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation amount would be calculated on the total tour cost of the booking and not on the advance amount paid by the client.

Cancellation Policy For The Flight Tickets:

Flight Tickets Booked Are Non-Refundable. Name Change And Date Change Can Be Considered As Per The Rules Stipulated By The Airline.

Cancellation Policy for the Wildlife Game Drives :

Wildlife Game Drives Booked Into Any Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries Are Non-Refundable. Even Date Change Request Will Be Considered As Cancellation And No Payment Can Be Refunded/ Adjusted Against It. This Is As Per The Government Rule And Regulations.

Mandatory Identification Document Detail:

All Guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s, And Indian Nationals) must Provide a Photo ID At The Time Of Booking Confirmation Of Tours. The Given Below Documents Are Applicable For Different Categories:

• For Foreign Nationals – Copy Of Passport + Visa Is Mandatory.
• For Non-Resident Indians Clients (NRI Client) – Copy Of Passport.
• For Overseas Indian Clients Holding, OCI / PIO Card – Copy Of Passport And Copy Of OCI/PIO Card Is Mandatory.
• For Domestic Clients – Copy Of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport Is Mandatory.

Refund Policy :

Regarding Refund Of Unused/Unutilized Services (Which Are Paid For And Canceled In Advance), The Refund Amount Would Be Worked Out Based On The Cancellation Policy As Described Above. The Money Would Be Accordingly Refunded To The Person Who Has Made The Payment To Us.

Please Note That The Refund Process May Take A Minimum Of 5-6 Weeks Due To Banking Procedures. If The Refund Is Made To The Credit Card Account OR A Bank Account, The Bank Charges Would Be Debited From The Refund Amount. Only Written Communication Shall Be Entertained Regarding The Refund Part.
